Enviromech teamed with Hudson Pacific Properties and Turner Construction to perform a complete first generation build-out for Spaces’ 60,000 square foot office in Seattle, WA. This design-build mechanical buildout included the installation of new state-of-the-art high efficiency mechanical and plumbing systems on floors 1, 2, and 3 at 95 South Jackson and floors 2 and 3 at 450 Alaskan Way South.
