3,700 square-foot new construction build-out at Cascade Yard Office Park in Bellevue, WA.
Enviromech was selected by Urban Renaissance Group to perform the design-build mechanical and plumbing construction for The Yard’s 3,700 square foot amenity center. The Yard is a stand-alone facility that consists of multiple community spaces, a fitness center with locker rooms, a café, and a large multi-purpose space. This project included the installation of first-generation, high efficiency mechanical and plumbing systems.
