The Joshua Green Building is a 100,000 square foot historic office property located in downtown Seattle.
Under the management of Urban Renaissance Group, the building recently underwent a complex $18 million dollar restoration, converting what had become an aging building into a state-of-the-art Class A office building. This renovation won much acclaim, including the prestigious NAIOP Historic Renovation of the Year.
The build-out of each floor’s interior was performed by some of the region’s most respected general contractors. Enviromech was selected by these various general contractors for the build-out of every floor except one. Our scope of work for each floor consisted of a complete design-build installation of a new energy-efficient mechanical system tailored to each tenant’s specific HVAC needs.
In addition to the office floors, Enviromech also installed the shell/core mechanical system for the building’s retail level. This included the installation of a new closed circuit cooling tower, high-efficiency boiler, pump package, EMS controls and ventilation system. We also engineered and built-out the mechanical system for the award-winning restaurant RN74.
