Enviromech partnered with Gateway Construction Services to perform the mechanical and plumbing design-build for The Pokemon Company International’s 150,000 square foot office in Bellevue, WA. This tenant improvement project was located throughout seven floors of Kemper Development Company’s Lincoln Square South and North Buildings and included first-generation design and construction of mechanical and plumbing systems.
