Enviromech partnered with Turner Construction and Sterling Realty on this $40 million dollar project to reimagine the legacy tower into a premier Class-A office. Our mechanical and plumbing team worked on the design to showcase a commitment to a modern, efficient workplace with its fully electric infrastructure. This project was a finalist for the NAIOP Night of the Stars Award in the Redevelopment/Renovation of the Year category.
